Shipping policy

We’re a small, family-run business and take great care in packing and sending your order. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States via USPS. Once a package is handed over to USPS, it is in their care. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Economy shipping does not include tracking or insurance, but all other shipping options do. For higher-value orders, we recommend choosing an insured shipping method.

If your package is late, please start by contacting your local post office or submitting a Missing Mail Request with USPS. If USPS cannot locate it, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
