We can ship to virtually any address in the United States via USPS. This includes all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military bases.
Returns
You may return clean and un-chewed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

USPS delays
We're a small, family-run business and take great care in packing and sending your order. Once a package is handed over to USPS it is in their care. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
Economy shipping does not include insurance, but all other shipping options do. For higher-value orders, we recommend choosing an insured shipping method.
If your package is late, please start by contacting your local post office or submitting a Missing Mail Request with USPS. If USPS cannot locate it, let us know and we'll be happy to assist you further.
